Warrranty Policy


All of our SNUGYO™ Flexi Cases and Flexi Inserts are covered by our Snugyo Lifetime Guarantee.  This warranty covers any issue with the product and any manufacturer defects. This also includes any items damaged during shipment/delivery.  Please read the following to learn more about what is covered and scroll down to the bottom of this page to learn how to get in touch.

What is covered by our Snugyo Lifetime Guarantee:
  • Items damaged during shipping (must contact us within 7 days of delivery date to be applicable)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Non-cosmetic fitment issues that hinder the performance of your SNUGYO™ Flexi Case and its ability to protect your phone

What is not covered:
  • Normal daily wear and tear
    • Please note that minor scuffing, scratching, and the natural yellowing/discoloration* of clear/lighter colored bumpers are classified as normal daily wear and tear and are not subject to a warranty claim.  Snugyo’s job is to protect your phone from these types of things, therefore, it will take on some wear in the process!

    • *Our clear bumpers are made from a TPU blend. Clear and light-colored TPU can potentially yellow or discolor over time due to the natural aging process which can coincide with certain chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. The variance of yellowing/discoloration simply depends on the environment and consumer’s habits in which the case is used. We recommend one of our cases that comes with a darker colored bumper if this is something of a concern for you or something that you’ve dealt with in the past! Please note that frequent contact with dyed materials or heavy exposure to direct sunlight can potentially increase the chances of discoloration or yellowing of clear bumpers.

  • Items purchased via 3rd party
  • Intentional modifications
  • Loss or theft of product

All items must be purchased directly from snugyo.com in order to qualify for a warranty. Items purchased via 3rd party (i.e. online swaps/resellers, purchased second hand from another individual, etc.) will not be subject to this claim.

Any case subject to warranty may only be replaced by the same model that was originally purchased. No exceptions will be made.

  • Full name on the order
  • Email used to place the order
  • Full current address
  • Minimum of 2-3 photos showing the issue(s) at hand and a brief description of the issue
