We are so sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please contact us here and provide us with your full name, order number, and a photo of the order slip along with the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

At this time, we are currently offering online-only support. Our experienced team is waiting to assist by email! We have agents online until 6 PM CT most days and we aim to get back to you ASAP. To file a warranty claim or for assistance with an order, please submit a request here. We are happy to help!

Sorry, we can only apply one promo code to each order.

Once you are in your cart, please click the green ‘checkout’ button! This will take you into the checkout process where you will then be prompted to enter your shipping address. There will also be an empty box where you will be able to enter a coupon code or gift card.

Currently, all SNUGYO™ products can only be purchased directly through our website!

Please check your Spams/Promotions folder first! Common issues include unnoticed typos in email addresses and orders not being fully submitted during checkout. If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email, please email us at team@snugyo.com with the full name, email address, and shipping address that the order was placed under. We’ll be happy to help get you taken care of!

Due to our strict inventory guidelines, we are unable to make any modifications to orders after they are placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please feel free to reach out to us as we would be more than happy to cancel your order so you can place a new order for the correct item(s).

However, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, our team will be unable to locate your order to cancel it.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or change the address of your order. If your order has not been processed and printed by our team, please email us right away so we can edit the address. However, if your order has been printed, it is extremely challenging to track down any order. Therefore, we cannot edit any orders from this point forward.

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will be happy to get it reshipped to the correct address once it has been returned-to-sender.

Also, USPS offers Package Intercept if you are shipping within the United States. If your package has not been delivered or released for delivery and it is eligible (must have a tracking number), USPS will make every effort to locate your item, redirect it, and deliver it to the correct address. If your package is rerouted, you will have to pay the package intercept fee plus the estimated package shipping cost. To do USPS Package Intercept, you will need to log in to your USPS account and submit your request.

Sometimes, if you call your local post office before a shipment arrives, they can hold the packages with the incorrect address. This works well if you have moved but are still local. Be prepared with proof of identification and your previous address.

If this is not your preference or the item is never sent back to us, the other option would be to refund your order, minus the cost of shipping and a 40% penalty because we cannot restock it. 

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to fix the issue or provide you with alternative solutions!

Standard shipping is free for domestic orders of $40 or more and for international orders over $50. Shipping is calculated after any product discounts, which means that the order’s subtotal must reach the free shipping minimum after a discount code is applied.

Currently, we aim to ship all orders out within 72 hours! We offer USPS 4-7 business day First Class shipping for USA domestic orders. We offer DHL Parcel Priority shipping for all international orders, which takes around 2-3 weeks for delivery, sometimes sooner.

Yes we do! Once in your cart during the checkout process, you will be able to choose a shipping country from the dropdown! If you are not sure if we offer shipping to your country, please feel free to reach out to us here.

An order confirmation and tracking email should have been sent to the email address provided upon completing your order. Sometimes these emails can make their way over to your spam or promotions folder! If you are still unable to locate this after checking those folders, please reach out to us through our contact form!

If your tracking states delivered, but you have not received your package, please allow 72 hours for your package to show up before contacting us here at Snugyo. USPS is generally quick at fixing any mistakes! If your package does not arrive after 72 hours, we would be more than happy to reship your order or provide you with store credit
