Snugyo LLC is dedicated to bringing you, our customer, the best drop-proof cases and accessories. Your SNUGYO™ Case case and accessories are covered by a full 30-Day Trial. All SNUGYO™ Flexi Case products purchased from our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as described below, to ensure that customer satisfaction is made on every purchase.

We will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date only if the product was purchased directly from snugyo.com.

You will be asked to provide your original order number, so please have this information readily available. If you cannot locate your order number, please provide the name, shipping address, and email that the order was purchased with. You will also be asked the reason for your return (this information is required for our records).

Your refund will go back to the original payment method of your order, or a store credit gift card if you specified this. Please note that it may take your bank 3-5 business days to process your refund. Processing times may take up to 14 days if a credit card was used. Once we process your return, you will receive an automated email letting you know that your refund has been processed!

If a package is damaged during shipping or an item is missing, we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery for a return/resend to be applicable.

Customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items, unless the return falls under a warranty issue. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we are not responsible for return shipping issues. We will refund the original shipping charge that was paid when the order was placed!

If the product(s) are not working due to a manufacturer defect, please see our warranty policy below. All original purchase contents must be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, Super Loops and microfiber bags. If original contents are not returned, the value of the item(s) will be deducted from the amount refunded. Used/applied screen protectors are not eligible for a return/refund. If the packaging is opened but unused, there will be a restocking fee of $5 USD that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Does Snugyo LLC guarantee its product?

Of course! We’re 100% committed to making the best case that we can possibly produce, and stand behind that promise! Each case is hand-checked by a member of our team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best. We do everything that we can to make sure that your SNUGYO™ case, along with all of our other products, is sent with the highest quality and will yield the best performance possible. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please follow the instructions below. Please note that returns are eligible for a refund within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting any exchanges. This is to ensure that our inventory is as accurate as possible and to cut down on our processing times. Please return and re-order the correct SNUGYO directly from our website.

All return items must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging conditions. Used/applied screen protectors are not eligible for a return/refund. If the packaging is opened but unused, there will be a restocking fee of $5 USD. 

If the following conditions are not met, SNUGYO™ reserves the right to refuse the return.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. It may take your bank 3-5 business days to process your refund. Processing times may take up to 14 days if a credit card was used (we process refunds immediately upon opening your return, but banks require this lead time since it has to go through their system for processing). Once we process your return, you will receive an automated email letting you know that your refund has been processed!

Please note that you are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. We ask that you cover the cost of sending your item(s) back to us, and we will refund the original shipping charge that was paid when the order was placed (if applicable)! Return packages remain your responsibility until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is highly recommended that registered and traceable services like USPS, FedEx, and UPS are used when returning a package. We would be more than happy to provide a prepaid return label for $3.95 which would be deducted from your refund.

Ordered the incorrect model and want to get the correct one?

No worries, this is an easy fix! Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting any exchanges. This also allows us to speed up our processing times to get you back in the loop faster! Please return and re-order the correct SNUGYO directly from our website. USA: We recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class. You can print out a label HERE and simply place the package with the label back in your mailbox!  If you would like us to email you a shipping label, we would be more than happy to do so. Please note that this cost ($3.95) will be deducted from your refund once processed. We ask that you cover the cost of sending your item(s) back to us, and we will refund the original shipping charge that was paid when the order was placed!

Return/Exchange Information

Life in the loop can oftentimes take some getting used to and we truly encourage you to use your full 30-day trial to really test out your new SNUGYO and see how much it truly affects your day-to-day life before making a decision to return. Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting any exchanges. Please return and re-order the correct SNUGYO directly from our website.

We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. Please note, if a return is received and it was postmarked after the aforementioned date, Snugyo LLC reserves the right to return to sender and the purchaser may be required to cover any additional shipping fees. Refunds will go back to the original payment method used for checkout at the time of sale, otherwise, a gift card will be issued.

Used/applied screen protectors are not eligible for a return/refund. If the tempered glass packaging is opened but unused, there will be a restocking fee of $5 USD.
